The stay was absolutely really nice! It was clean place, staff were extremely friendly, and I liked my compact room. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from Polynesian Spa. The breakfast was free with jam or marmalade spreads, the food was good.

The room had multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a study table, which I really liked. The beds with electric blankets were exceptionally comfy. The location was perfect, close to Polynesian Spa. Adjacent to the motel was a shopping mall, Cobb and Co restaurant, and other family-friendly shops and restaurants.

Its central location makes it an ideal place to stay. We are mature couple traveling with another couple (mature couple with friends and travel as a group of 4) The facilities and services meet our expectations. It is a small hotel but provides all we need during our stay (3 days and 2 nights) we were happy with the services provided.

We were happy and did not find anything we did not like.

The staff were very helpful and had a good local knowledge. The family room enabled us to spread out and have a bit of privacy with a two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very close to good shopping.

The staff were wonderful, bent over backwards to help with check-in & check-out times, and international phone calls! The room is basic but clean and comfortable.

Watch out for the evil eggy smell that creeps in through every open window - to be expected in Rotorua however.
